Abstract: The dynamical model of metal rubber material is established by using the equivalent viscous damping theory and experiment. In this way the complex damping mechanism of the metal rubber material can be equaled to the viscous damping. The resuming force of metal-rubber is overlapped by the high step and nonlinear polynomial which had equivalent viscous damping force. In order to study the rigidity coefficient, considering the distortion character of metal rubber material, the stress and strain model is concluded. At last in the test it can be validated that the two models are very good to describe the nonlinear vibration systematic property. The parameters in model are worth for studying the dynamical property of metal rubber material.
