RESEARCH ON MAGNETORHEOLOGICAL CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION TECHNOLOGY

Abstract: Magnetorheological fluid (MRF) is a new type of intelligent material, a type of MRCVT is introduced and some experiments about its dynamic response and constant torque performance are done. Propose different modes of speed regulation according to different load, and also some comparative experiments about mode of speed regulation and energy conversation are done. It shows that the MRCVT has a series of merits: easy to control, low control power, wide range of regulation, and stable speed regulation, etc.
