PRINCIPLES OF SOLVING POINT PROBLEMS AND ITS REALIZATION WITH SOFTWARE IN PRODUCT INNOVATION

Abstract: High-level solutions of product innovation are gained using the contradiction concept of theory of inventive problems solving (TRIZ). From the basic ideas of TRIZ, five constructions of design problems are ulteriorly expounded. Point problems (physical contradictions) are mainly studied, and are classified three forms from time and space region. Representation model of physical contradictions is developed. The numbers of heuristics principles application of solving physical contradictions are added. Based on this principle, a conceptual design model of product is developed, and the design process is realized with software programming. Using an engineering case shows the application of the process.
