INNOVATION METHOD OF WIDENING ADJUSTABLE PRESSURE RANGE OF HYDRAULIC TRANSFORMERS

Abstract: Working principles of hydraulic transformers is discussed in detail and the simulation of its characteristics is done. The reason that hydraulic transformers has narrow pressure ratio range is analyzed and an innovation structure for widening the adjustable pressure range was brought forward. The charac-teristics of hydraulic transformers with new structure are tested and analyzed, which was helpful to improve the performance of hydraulic transformers further.
