Abstract: Green manufacturing is a modern manufacturing model that integrates product and process design issues with issues of manufacturing production planning and control in such a manner as to identify, quantify, assess, and manage the flow of environmental waste with the goal of reducing and ultimately minimizing environmental impact while also trying to maximize resource efficiency. The decision making of process route becomes one of the critical problems in green manu-facturing. On the basis of its current research production, a decision-making model for process route in green manufacturing processes is established. The model considers the time, cost, quality, resource consumption and environmental impact as a technical constrain. The technical constrain together with the constrains of precedence sequences, clustering and adjacency compose of the constrains of technical process for green manufacturing. In terms of the current assessment method for the process route and its deficiencies, an integrated methodology-the genetic simulated annealing algorithm is developed to apply for the decision-making model. As a result, a case study is performed to illustrate and examine the practicability of the model and the feasibility of the genetic simulated annealing algorithm.
