Abstract: According to the characteristics of mixed processes, a practical scheduling method is proposed. The method contains three parts. First, a macro process planning is obtained by merging some relevant process steps. On the basis of this macro process planning, mixed processes are regarded as discrete processes. Second, by referring to priority and setup time of process steps, static scheduling is completed. Third, in order to solve some specific issues in the mixed processes and improve the flexibility of the proposed method, some key points are discussed. The method has been used in Northwest Zirconium Co. Ltd. And running results illustrate its effectiveness.
