Abstract: On the basis of ioaded tooth contact analysis of spiral bevel gean the influence of gear cutting parameter adjustment to the elastohydrodynamic lubrication character is ana-lyzed. The formula showing the relation of film thickness to gear cutting parameter adjustment of machine tool has been derived. Their relationship is analyzed qualitatively and quan-titatively, Correction method for parameter adjustment of machine tool under the prefixed condition of film thickness is proposed.
