Abstract: The curved blade, large wrap angle, specific molded lines are the characters of the non-clogging pump impeller. The grid generation has its features. The solution of the Possion equations is used to automatically generate the 3-D body-fitted grids of the non-clogging pump impeller, which can satisfy the orthogonality and the uniformity through the source controlling. In the calculation, it can ensure the boundary conditions according to the geometry restrain of the orthogonal angle and distance. This method can directly apply the second pressure boundary condition to calculation and minimize the numerical error. It can also easily satisfy the wall function conditions.
