Abstract: According to a spherical symmetric model, the thermal microstresses in the adhesive and filling particle are analyzed, meanwhile, the microappearance of composite coating is watched. When the center of the particle is used as the origin of the coordinate, it is shown that the microstress of composite coating is up to maximum on the interface. When the difference of decreasing temperature Δt is near 45℃, it may cause cracking of the base of adhesion near the interface. And high difference of increasing temperature may cause yielding and the difference of increasing temperature of the yielding limits Δt 2 is 88℃.
Key words: Anti-abrasion adhesion coating, Interface stress, Microstress, Thermal stress
