Abstract: Based on error and variation relation equation of point contact pair, the mathematical model of worm pattern gear integrated error measuring is built. The error and variation relation in the course of measuring is emulated with the analytic ways, the effect of contact point position variation to angle variation is studied. The analytic equation of contact point position variation and angle variation affected by the error of tooth orientation is given, and the correlative conclusion is obtained.
