Abstract: A new method and device for fast evaluating the quality of green sand are introduced, the new method takes effective clay and moisture contents as evaluating parameters which may be known by testing AC and DC conductivity. The new device takes microcomputer 8098 as main unit to sample and test automatically with the company of sampling machine and others.
