Abstract: Taking account of the metal interaction between two deformation zones and the velocity difference at inlets of them, a method of calculating the axial force exerted on tube by the rollers and mandrel as metal rolled on the double-set3-roller mill is provided and the main factors effecting to axial force are analyzed.
