Abstract: A computer simulation software about pipe line's three dimension forming process and die's motion process on CNC pipe bender is drawn up. Applying for MS-50R CNC Pipe Bender made in Japan by OPTON Co Ltd,this software solves the problem of interfere between pipe and dies during the program's adjusting process, which may cause machine or pipe injured.
