Abstract: A principle of the moire interferometry is advanced for subdynamic tests in normal light environment, and a corresponding device including a photoelectric computer system is developed for its instrumentation and intellectualization. The sensitivity has reached 4 800l/mm, the displacement of all-field can be automatically collected. The strain, stress and strain mechanical parameters can be collected quickly. The very rich in- formation can be obtained through these method. It can give the alarm when a scheduled limit has been arrived.
