Abstract: The traditional statistical process control (SPC) method and control chart based on the hypothesises of stationary stochastic process and normal distribution with manual calculation can not meet the requirements of quality control and assurance in modern manufacturing processes. To improve quality of the products must do research on some theoretical problems of the MEF theory related to the processes of the products tracking and monitoring of the machining error flow (MEF), control chart of the MEF, and 3-D error model and self-organized renewing principles. This paper presents the results of the study and model of mentioned problems, as well as the experimental results of MEF and control chart of single /multiple operation in turning processes.
