LOAD EQUILIBRIUM IN A PLANETARY REDUCER WITH PLANET INTERNAL GEARS

Abstract: The reason and method on eguilibrating load are explained in a planetary reducer with planet internal gears. An equilibrating-load mechanism is designed, and an experimental investigation is made. The loads on three internal gears are measured. The analysis and experiment results show that the loads on three internal gears have a good equilibrium, the reducer have a good transmission performance after the equilibrating-load mechanism is used.
