Abstract: The product model which is established by the feature modeling system canprovide the geometric and manufacturing information that the manufacture system needs to make CAD and CAM share the data each other and realize the integration of design and manufacture. Based on the communication of computer-workstation/personal-computer, a new method of the feature modeling is presented to establish the computer inner product model with the detailed and complete information of geometry and manufacture. The product model establishment of the rotational parts is realized.
