Abstract: The paper concerns the analysis and research of the open hydraulic system of the hydraulic hammer. With 1000J hydraulic hammer as a pattern, the digital simulation and the experiment of the dynamic characteristics of its hydraulic system are performed. The results of theoretical analyses and experiments show that the open system has better dynamic characteristics than the closed system.
