Abstract: In this paper, combining with the practical mechanical transmission system of laser cutting machine of optical disk, a high precision dynamic measure system of round to long mechanical transmission link is designed and the working principle of the measure system and the measure system error are described. The experiment has proved that the measuring system is completely competent for measuring task, The special computer interface board and the practical computer software, after taking the advantage of fast data collecting and high processing ability of computer, are designed. The mechanical transmission link error can be obtained after processing the data. The theoretical analysis of transmission system of machine and the spectrum analysis of error curve are given.
