Abstract: In the present paper, the roll deformation of HC mill is studied experimontally and theoretically, the optimum work roll bending force and the optimum cooperation of mid-roll shifting and work roll bending are also calculated using optimization method, all the above mentioned work has provided a basis for the development, application and dissomination of HC mill.
