THE STRUCTURAL OPTMIZATION DESIGN OF THREE-COMPONENT PIEZO-ELECTRIC DYNAMOMETER

Abstract: YDC-Ⅲ87 shank type dynamometer, besides having all advantages of a piece-electric dynamometer such as high rigidity, high sensitivity, good dynamic characteristics, acquires also the features of simplicity in construction and lightness and price is lower then others. This paper describes the principle of selection of its dynamic parameters and the method of calculation for structural optimization of its elastic link, both in theory and practice. In the end of this paper is given a brief introduction of the method of calibration of static and dynamic technical characteristics, and the experiment for temperature effect.
