Abstract: In this paper using the twelve polygonal yield condition we established a set of the elastoplastic expressions under the internal pressure pa＞σy／√3 for the open-ended （σz＝0） thick-walled cylinder of the ideal plastic material. They further enlarge the applied range of the literature [1].
