Abstract: The questions about Parallel Side Internal Spline Pinion Type Cutters without plunge cuttopping and relieving-topping on selecting maximum allowable teeth number, determining the maximum relieving value, calculating the cutter，s regrinding amount and the maximum allowable relieving value after regrinding etc. have been studied more by author of this article in theory and advances appropriate conclusion and practicable formulas.
