Abstract: In this article, a method for solving the impact load of the sliding body of the driven rolling steel machine is derived.The calculating formulas of the impact load of the sliding body and the driven steel rope of the driven roiling steel machine are derived by means of the kinetic energy of the rolling steel, and the work of overcoming the friction between the rolling steel and ,the train rollers is absorbed by the steel rope and the friction between the sliding body and its rollers. The formulas of the calculation of the impact load of the sliding body are derived as the following: P-the impact force on the sliding body of the driven rolling steel machine; Po-the maximum load of the rope of the driven rolling steel machine; Q-the weight of the rolling steel; μ-the coefficient of the sliding friction between the rolling steel and the train rollers; l-the length of the rope of the. driven: body of the driven rolling steel machine; A-the area of the steel rope; E-the modulus of elasticity of the steel rope; S-the distance between the reactions of the frictional plates on the both end of the sliding body. h-the height between the impact point and the driven steel rope of the sliding body of the rolling steel machine; μ'-the coefficient of the sliding friction between the sliding body and its rulers. g-the acceleration of gravity; V-the velocity of the driven rolling steel of the sliding body; (The above symbols are shown in the foregoing figures.)
