New-generation Domestic High-end Intelligent ERP Industrial Software for Typical Manufacturing Enterprise

Abstract: On the basis of summarizing the distinctive characteristics of associated industrial diversification, centralized group management, and scaled production under the “single headquarters with multiple production bases” manufacturing model in typical manufacturing enterprises such as steel and mining industries, current challenges in industrial chain operation management and the limitations of existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) industrial software are analyzed. A new-generation domestic high-end intelligent ERP industrial software architecture for typical manufacturing enterprises is designed. Addressing current issues including inaccurate collaborative perception of industrial demands, imbalanced dynamic allocation of manufacturing resources, and ineffective agile adaptation to application requirements, the key technical systems for end-to-end collaboration across the entire industry chain is proposed, include "Enhanced ecosystem collaboration and multi-base integrated management for manufacturing enterprises", "Data-intelligence-driven domain knowledge evolution and full-chain business decision-making" and "Cloud-native based rapid service construction and workflow collaborative optimization". Some core functional modules of this new-generation domestic high-end intelligent ERP industrial software are developed, and successful application in typical manufacturing enterprise industrial chain operations. The implementation effectively promotes multi-base collaboration in steel and mining enterprises, enhances end-to-end collaborative efficiency and co-creation value across industrial chains, providing valuable references for deeper integration of next-generation domestic high-end intelligent ERP industrial software with full industrial chain operations.
