Abstract: To address the problem of stress concentration and structural failure in condensate piping systems of ships operating in ice-covered regions under the combined effects of static and dynamic loads, this study proposes a structural optimization and vibration mitigation strategy based on multi-condition response analysis. A dynamic model is established that incorporates impact excitation, heaving disturbances, and their coupled effects. Through static load identification, dynamic loading simulation, and support optimization, the evolution patterns and response mechanisms of stress under extreme operating conditions are investigated. The results reveal the regulatory role of support configuration and flexible release mechanisms in mitigating high-stress zones. Additionally, the influences of excitation frequency, amplitude, and loading mode on structural stability are clarified. Findings indicate that geometric discontinuities such as tees and elbows are the primary sites of stress concentration; alternating loads tend to induce multimodal coupling and nonlinear amplification; removing rigid guides and introducing flexible routing significantly reduce peak stress levels; and deploying stiffness-tuned dampers at pump inlets effectively suppresses harmonic displacement. These outcomes provide essential theoretical support and practical guidance for the structural optimization and safety design of piping systems in ice-region vessels.
