Abstract: Based on the vertical dynamic model of the vehicle-slab track coupling system, considering two types of force elements of the primary suspension, the difference between the amplitude frequency transfer characteristics of the displacement of the main components and each vertical force are compared, and the change of the position of each force acting point is analyzed. The influence of the displacement transfer characteristics of the arm and wheelset, and the influence degree of the frequency domain transfer characteristics of the suspension forces, is discussed. The effects of the randomness of the main suspension parameters and inertia parameters on the statistical characteristics of the suspension force and the wheel rail force are discussed. The results show that the accuracy of the acceleration characteristics and the force characteristics of each component in high frequency range will be affected by the basic model compared to the refined model. When the distance between the arm’s gravity center and the arm’s ring center is adjusted, the influence on the transfer characteristics of each force is very obvious. When the position parameters change, the transfer function of the force adjacent to the position parameters is greatly influenced, and the transfer function of the force away from the position parameters is less influenced.
