正馈构架可展天线机构卸载方法与实验研究

Unloading Method and Experimental Research of Positive Feed Deployable Antenna Mechanism

摘要: 针对正馈对称四面体可展天线机构组合单元机构提出一种新型悬吊式微重力卸载方案,建立卸载点位置优化的评价指标及方法,得到优化的卸载点位置。基于天线机构静力学刚度矩阵进行绳索刚度优化,得到中间绳索刚度与周围绳索最优刚度比。对重力卸载和重力无卸载两种工况下四面体可展天线展开过程进行仿真分析,对比分析其动态过程的平稳状态和坐标变化曲线,验证优化所得卸载点合理性。设计并搭建了一种悬挂点可动的重力卸载实验平台,对比不同卸载绳刚度情况、有无卸载情况下正馈对称四面体可展天线机构组合单元机构的展开情况,验证仿真分析的正确性与卸载方法的合理性。

Abstract: A new type of suspended microgravity unloading scheme is proposed for the combined unit mechanism of positive feed symmetric tetrahedral deployable antenna mechanism. The evaluation index and method of unloading point position optimization are established, and the optimized unloading point position is obtained. Based on the static stiffness matrix of the antenna mechanism, the cable stiffness is optimized, and the optimal stiffness ratio of the middle cable stiffness to the surrounding cable is obtained. The deployment process of the tetrahedral deployable antenna under two working conditions of gravity unloading and gravity non-unloading is simulated and analyzed. The stationary state and coordinate change curve of the dynamic process are compared and analyzed to verify the rationality of the unloading point obtained by optimization. A gravity unloading experimental platform with movable suspension points is designed and built. The deployment of the combined unit mechanism of the positive-fed symmetric tetrahedral deployable antenna mechanism under different unloading rope stiffness conditions and with or without unloading is compared to verify the correctness of the simulation analysis and the rationality of the unloading method.
