液压系统流体脉动抑制方法综述

Summary of Methods to Suppress Fluid Pulsation in Hydraulic System

摘要: 液压系统的流体脉动问题是影响液压系统工作性能与可靠性重要因素。根据流体脉动产生机理及抑制方式的不同,将液压系统流体脉动抑制方法分为了被动、主动及主被动联合抑制方法三类。以脉动衰减器、液压管路的改进、泵的优化设计对被动抑制方法分类,并对国内外流体脉动被动抑制方法的研究成果进行分析和总结。相较于其他被动抑制方法,脉动衰减器抑制方法由于成本较低且效果显著,目前应用最多,其中又以共振型脉动衰减器应用为主。从伺服作动器、液压阀和非浸入式结构三个方面对流体脉动主动抑制方法的国内外研究成果进行分析,基于液压阀的主动抑制方法相较于伺服作动器和非浸入式结构,由于在操作及设计方面相对简单、成熟,控制精度及难度等较低,目前研究和应用最多,其中又以分流式主动抑制居多。通过总结和分析主被动联合脉动抑制方法的研究成果,此方法兼具主动和被动抑制的特点,可在很大程度上抑制甚至消除脉动,但目前国内外的相关研究很少。总结被动、主动以及主被动联合抑制方法的研究现状和发展方向。

Abstract: The fluid pulsation is an important factor affecting the performance and reliability of hydraulic system. According to the different mechanism and suppression methods of fluid pulsation, the suppression methods of fluid pulsation in hydraulic system can be divided into passive suppression method, active suppression method and active passive combined suppression methods. Firstly, the passive suppression methods are classified based on the improvement of pulsation attenuator, hydraulic pipeline and optimal design of pump, and the research results of passive suppression methods of fluid pulsation at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized, and the following conclusions are drawn: Compared with other passive suppression methods, pulsation attenuator suppression method is widely used at present due to its low cost and significant effect, among which resonant pulsation attenuator is mainly used. Secondly, the domestic and foreign research results of fluid pulsation active suppression methods are analyzed from the three aspects of servo actuator, hydraulic valve and non-immersion structure, and it is concluded that: Compared with servo actuator and non-immersion structure, the active suppression method based on hydraulic valve is relatively simple and mature in operation and design, and the control accuracy and difficulty are lower. Therefore, the research and application of the active suppression method based on hydraulic valve are the most popular. Then, by summarizing and analyzing the research results of active and passive combined pulse suppression methods, it is concluded that this method has the characteristics of both active and passive suppression, and can suppress or even eliminate pulsation to a large extent, but there are few relevant researches at home and abroad. Finally, the research status and development direction of passive, active and combined active and passive suppression methods are summarized.
