TA2薄板电弧辅助激光高速焊接的焊缝成形稳定性

Robustness of Weld Appearance on High-speed Arc-assisted Laser Welding Process on Titanium Sheet

摘要: 针对0.5 mm纯钛TA2薄板的电弧辅助激光焊高速焊接(Arc-assisted laser welding,AALW),建立自熔焊在全熔透条件下两种热源模式激光引导(Laser lading,LL)和电弧引导(Arc leading,AL),焊接参数变量与焊缝成形指标的较高精度非线性回归模型,分析AALW焊接参数变量对焊缝成形稳定性的影响。结果表明,在AALW高速焊接条件下,由于LL模式后置TIG电弧对熔池的扰动和铺展作用,LL模式的正面熔宽大于AL模式约13.5%,正面余高低于AL模式约7.5%。AL模式下,4个焊接主效应变量(激光功率P、焊接速度v、焊接电流I、热源间距D)单独变化对焊缝成形指标的影响较小,而v×DI×DP×D交互作用的变化对焊缝成形指标影响较大;LL模式下,焊缝成形指标受单个主效应变量的影响显著,而焊接参数变量之间交互作用的影响极不显著。结合实际工程应用,以最大背正比Rbw、最小正面熔宽W和最小背面余高H2作为优化目标,分析两种热源模式下优化的焊接参数范围;在优化的焊缝成形指标条件下,AL模式的背正比系数高于LL模式约12%,AL模式的优化焊接参数窗口范围的宽泛度比LL模式大7%。

Abstract: The higher-precision nonlinear regression model of weld forming indices on different welding variables of autogenously penetration bead for two heat source modes laser leading and arc leading is established, targeting arc-assisted laser welding (AALW) of 0.5mm pure titanium TA2 sheet. The influence of AALW welding parameters variables on the stability of weld appearance for TA2 sheet is analysed. Results show that when using AALW high-speed welding, due to the disturbance and spreading effect of the rear TIG arc on the molten pool, the weld width on LL mode is larger than that of AL mode about 13.5%, meanwhile, the reinforcement is higher about7.5% than AL mode. For AL mode, solely changing one of the four major variables (the laser power P, the welding speed v,the welding current I and the distance between two heat sources D) has little effect on the weld appearance indices, while the variables’ interaction-terms (v×D, I×D, and P×D) have a greater influence on the weld appearance indices. For LL mode, weld appearance indices are significantly affected by the change of individual major variables, the effect of the variables’ interaction-terms is extremely insignificant. Considering the engineering application, the maximum the weld back width ratio (Rbw), minimum the weld width (W) and the root reinforcement (H2) are taken as optimization targets, and the optimized welding parameter ranges under the two heat source modes are analysed. The weld back width ratio (Rbw) of the AL mode is about 12% higher than that of the LL mode, and the wide range of the optimized welding parameter variable range of the AL mode is 7% larger than that of the LL mode.
