三层赋形网状天线预张力设计方法

Pretension Design Method of the Shaped Mesh Reflector with Three-layer

摘要: 随着航天技术的不断发展,卫星通信、深空探测等领域对星载天线提出了更高的要求。网状天线作为星载天线的一种,其大口径、高收纳比和质量轻的特性使其成为星载天线重要的一种形式。但受限于网状天线的固有的结构形式,对传统的网状天线进行反射面赋形是不可实现的。为了实现网状天线赋形目标,设计了一种三层网的索网结构,提出了一种针对三层网的赋形网状天线预张力设计方法,能够在已知电磁波反射网节点坐标的情况下,求解出三层网结构的赋形网状天线的预张力,利用有限元软件进行验证,结果表明,利用该方法计算得出的预张力可以使三层网结构节点稳定在设计位置,达到平衡状态,证明该方法正确、可行。

Abstract: With the continuous development of space technology, satellite communications, deep space exploration and other fields have put forward higher requirements for satellite antenna. As a kind of satellite antenna, mesh antenna has the characteristics of large aperture, high receiving ratio and light weight, which makes it an important form of satellite antenna. However, due to the inherent structure of the mesh antenna, surface shaping of the traditional mesh antenna is not achievable. In order to achieve the mesh reflector shaping goals, a cable-net structure of three-layer network is designed, and a pre-tension design method of shaped mesh antenna for three-layer network is proposed. Using this method can solve the pretension of the shaped mesh reflector of the three-layer of net structure, using the finite element software to verify the results show that this method calculated pretension can make three-layer net structure nodes in the design position and achieve balance state, proved that the method is correct and feasible.
