Abstract: The clear operating time is expanded into the fuzzy operating time, correspondingly the clear event and conventional reliability are expanded into fuzzy event and fuzzy reliability, respectively, the expressions of major indexes used in fuzzy reliability analysis are developed, and then the fuzzy reliability models of nonrepairable system are set up.
