Abstract: By analyzing the types of resource sharing and cooperation motivation in virtual enterprise, the enterprise production system compatibility is represented mathematically. Based on this, the enterprise partners selection model of horizontal sharing and vertical sharing is put forward. The model is proven to be effective and reasonable in preliminary practice.
