Abstract: The effects of earth’s rotation and G-force on actual acceleration load for an accelerometer mounted on the precision centrifuge are analyzed, and the corrections are obtained respectively. On the basis of which, the output voltage of the measured accelerometer on the rotating precision centrifuge is adjusted to the reference value which is the output voltage on condition that its operating axial direction is the same direction of g-force by making speed regulation, its operating radius is calculated by the corrected acceleration formula, and the dynamic operating radius on other rotating condition is measured based on it. At last, an acceleration load model irrelevant to static operating radius and azimuth misalignment is presented. The method is successful for reducing measurement error of operating radius and azimuth misalignment which is due to the inadequate positioning precision of the centroid of the accelerometer, and is effective to improve the given accuracy of acceleration load of precision centrifuge.
