Abstract: The relation of overlap coefficient of base level and trapping volume of no clearance helical gear pump is analyzed, and the variational rule of trapping volume and trapping flux and instantaneous flux with comer are got. At the same time the range between no trapping and no collude is got. These are quite vital for engineering application.
