Abstract: The characteristics of project management and the significance of project dissolution and schedule in virtual enterprise (VE) environment are analyzed. Combine with the function of project reference library in VE dissolution, an efficiently project dissolution method which adapt to the management of VE is presented. A project schedule method that considers the cost objective of earliness and tardiness as the penalties based on delivery date is suggested to reflect the contemporary production idea. In the end, a process frame method is proposed to solve the distributing and concentrated control problem of task in VE environment.
