Abstract: The article eliminates those non imperfects of circulatory features of ultimate stress and working stress of calculation of the fatigue strength of non-symmetrical circulatory member, it derived a new calculating formula for safety factar and pointed out the calculating formula selected according to the character of the material, member-feature, load-line slope.It gives theoretical basis for making full use of the material.
