INTELLIGENT-AGENT-BASED ONLINE QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ASSEMBLING PRODUCTION LINE

Abstract

Abstract: The intelligent agent technology is applied in the computer aided quality control system (CAQCS) for assembling production line(APL), and a novel method of APL quality control online based on intelligent agent is proposed. According to the actuality of APL and quality management in present enterprises, an intelligent structure of CAQCS based on multi-agent is established, and the function of all kinds of agents in this system is presented. Additionally, the structure and action mechanism of the data analyzing agent and decision-making agent, with the outstanding attributes of intelligence, which play the most important roles in the automatization, intelligentizing and quality management in real time, is introduced.
