Abstract: According to the working principle and specifications with error culculation method, this article analyse and calculates the machining errors of the cycloidal rotor set, and derives the general formulas to calculate the gearing errors of the cycloidal rotor set. This paper calculates the tooth profiles errors of the rotor(cycloidal gear) and stator of cycloidal hydraulic steering control unit (Motor) with these formulas.
