Abstract: A new geometric modeling system for CAD/CAM integration of cavity dies and molds has been developed. The basic input ways were CSG and sweep. B-Rep method was adopted as the internal description of an object. The NC cutter path generation routies, based on the modeling, showed the significant possility to applications of the integration schama. A set of examples are given in the paper.
