Abstract: A lot of integral component parts with special-shaped surface are used in various new types of aeroengines. It is very difficulty for machining integral component parts. The electrochemical contour evolution machining combined with wobbly feeds is proposed for machining the surface profile in one feed. The dynamic transient process of electrochemical machining gap and the shaping law are analyzed. The surface profile of integral turbine with big-twisted blades is taken as the research object, and the multi-axis linkage movement feed tracks are optimized. A combined cathode with reasonable flowing fields is designed. The machining system is improved. Machining tests are carried out. The allowance on two sides of blade passage is removed by electrochemical machining in one feed, and which attains the effect of finish machining, thus verifying the technical advantages of this method in respect of productivity, precision and cost.
