NUMERICAL SIMULATION MODEL OF STATOR WINDING END BASKETS OF LARGE TURBO-GENERATOR

Abstract: The end basket with a form of double layered conical weave net is simplified into a model of continuous conical shell-plate combined structure. Stator end structures with isotropic, orthotropic and anisotropic materials are modelled as parametric dynamic simulation model separately. In accordance with the test results of experimental modal analysis, dynamic optimization method is used to perform simulation research on the ANSYS platform. The dynamic simulation model of stator end structure is obtained, and it has the same dynamic chara- cteristics as stator end structure. The dynamic optimisation design of supporting plates system is performed, and ideal results are achieved.
