Abstract: Being dissected the disabled pipe plate, it verified that the cause of pipe plate disabled is having some crack which character is hydrogen brittleness by means of microscopic and microscopic examination, electron microscopic scanning and composition analysis in the micro-area of fracture. The method about how to reduce or eliminate the crack is presented.
