Abstract: The discrete and analysis principle of conjugating surfaces for adaptive analysis is proposed to help to construct computer system in that the analysis of curvature of conjugating surfaces is a very important aspect in the theory of conjugating surfaces. The generated surfaceΣ1 is regarded, taking the generating process of conjugating surfaces into account, as the resultant of the interaction between the generating surfaceΣ2 and the relative motion betweenΣ1 and Σ2. So the characteristics of Σ1 can be decided through analyzing the characteristics of Σ2 and the relative motion. And the authors derives the formula of Σ1’s characteristics in the form of Σ2 and the parameter of the relative motion, the mathematical forms of which the suitable for the combination of the computer’s discrete calculation and the analytical solutions of conjugating surfaces intelligent and automatic and is helpful to construct highly flexible CAD/CAM application system.
