MATHEMATICS MODEL OF THE ABNORMAL NOISE OF ROLLING BEARING AND ITS PARAMETERS FOR EVALUATION

Abstract: The abnormal noise produced in the course of the runniny of rolling bearing is a serious quality problem of the miniature rolling bearing made in our country. It is put forward that the abnormal noise of the bearing is a kind of transient pulses which can be illustrated by the time-frequency spectrogram. The parameters for evaluation of the abnormal noise of the rolling bearing are brought forward, which are based on the measurement and tests of the abnormal noise. At the same time, the preliminary statistics results are obtained.
