Abstract: The Paper Proposes the P. I Optimal Controller Design of Hydraulic Positioning System by Using Simplex Method. Using this Method, Authors have designed the P. I optimal controller parameters of linear and nonlinear hydraulic positioning system respectively. Simulation results illustrate that controller parameters of linear and nonlinear hydraulic positioning system designed by this method are effective. The method can be used in controller parameters design of other hydraulic system.
