Abstract: This paper has presented a useful program by using the failure data of life test for product parts according to calculation method, from which the life distribution of component parts can be got accurately and quickly, and the accurate date can be provided for the prediction of fatigue life and reliability. The life test data are also get through the automotive semiaxle experiment, and these data have given the verification of the validity and the practicability.
