Abstract: Under high-speed working conditions, the oil supply efficiency is reduced by the increasing internal flow resistance in the bearing, and the bearing is oil-starvation lubricated, which seriously affects the performance of the bearing. In order to improve the oil transportation capacity and lubrication performance of bearings, a lubrication enhancement method for jet lubrication of rolling bearings is proposed. By adding the axial groove structure on the bearing inner ring surface, the axial flow capacity of the lubricating oil is improved, thereby increasing the oil accumulation in the bearing contact area under high-speed conditions. The lubricating oil flow model on the grooved inner ring surface is established, the flow resistance reduction mechanism of the groove structure is explored, and the groove structure is optimized. The grooves are added to the H7006C angular contact ball bearing and the lubrication performance experiments are carried out. The results show that the temperature rise of the grooved bearing is significantly lower than that of conventional bearing under the oil-starvation conditions with different speeds, which confirms the effectiveness of the lubrication efficiency enhancement method.
