Research and Analysis on Power Transmission Processing of Herringbone Gear Trains System with Rolling Bearing Support

Abstract: In order to accurately analyzing on power transmission processing of herringbone gear trains system with rolling bearing support, meshing stiffness calculation method is put forward based on load tooth contact analysis and considering shaft torsional deformation and misalignment. Herringbone gear vibration model is established considering meshing stiffness and corner mesh impact excitation. Based the method which considering bearing internal load distribution and the rolling bearing dynmaic model contain inner ring, roller and outer ring, completely analyzing the power transmission processing from meshing gear pair to rolling bearing, and to internal walls of gearbox bearing holes. Taking the herringbone gear transmission system as an example, the results consistently indicate that the method can analyzing the transmission processing of dynamic loads more scientific and reasonable, obtaining the dynamic loads of gearbox bearing holes more accurately, and providing a guarantee for more effectively analysis herringbone gearbox vibration characteristics. And also, rolling bearing in the process of load transfer has played a similar role of vibration isolation floating raft system.
