ERROR MODEL AND PARAMETERS IDENTIFICATION OF 4-AXIS MACHINING CENTER

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the theory of Multi-body system and the error model and parameters identification of 3-axis machining center, the error model of 4-axis machining center is built. Using the method, the error model and parameters identification of Makino 4-maxis machining center and the rotary error with the Renishaw system is obtained. Combine with the tradition method, a precise and practical method is developed, which have some practical value.
